There are three 1:1 coaching services available to riders:
The Speciality
This service is intended for a rider that wants to target an aspect, feature, event or objective of cycling – i.e. something that is important to you!
In terms of time requirements, you should be able to commit to 4-10 hours per week across 3 or 4 sessions. Access to a turbo trainer is desirable although not essential for The Speciality
The Speciality can run from 6 -16 weeks depending on your needs but don’t worry, we’ll help you to figure out how many weeks you need!
The Speciality is priced at £15 per person per week
The All-Rounder
Intended for a rider that doesn’t have an specific objective in mind. Instead, you just want to maintain, improve or develop a healthy lifestyle involving cycling.
The programme includes one weekend and two weekday sessions which will be suitable for both “turbo trainer” or outdoor riding.
The All-Rounder is priced at £12 per person per week
The Training Introduction
For riders that would prefer a personal one-to-one 60-90 minute coaching ride.
You will be introduced to some basic, time-efficient training sessions that you will be able to incorporate in to your own rides.
The Training Introduction is priced at £25 per person
